[IGSSTATION-4522] FAIR: JPLA dome removal

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that the JPLA radome will be removed on August 15, 
2011 at the Fairbanks, Alaska (FAIR) station for a period of 
approximately one month.  An updated message will be sent next week 
detailing the time of removal and an updated site log will be submitted 
to IGSCB.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the FAIR station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Gilmore Creek Observatory (NOAA), with 
funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - 
Science Mission Directorate.
