Data submissions for QIKI have been delayed since Day 213 (Aug 1) due 
to vandalism with the satellite Internet connection. We have been 
trying to get a local contact to setup the dialup connection. We hope 
to have communications later today or tomorrow. No loss of data is 
expected.
