[IGSSTATION-4507] PIE1: data outage

Dear Colleagues,

We did unfortunately have a data collection outage from the Pietown, New 
Mexico (PIE1) station. No data was collected between July 27th 
(2011.208) 20:00 UTC - Aug 1st (2011.213) 13:46 UTC.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the PIE1 station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, NGS, and the NRAO Pie Town VLBA Station with 
funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - 
Science Mission Directorate.
