[IGSSTATION-4466] KUUJ dataflow resumed

Dear Colleagues,
 
The NRCan IGS site KUUJ has resumed tracking as of 2011-Jul-06 at 20UT.
The antenna cable had been damaged and was repaired at this time.  
There is a permanent data gap from 2011-06-24 to 2011-07-06.
