[IGSSTATION-4438] CEDU: Resubmission

The daily data files from CEDU for DOY 2011 152 until DOY 2011 169 have been resubmitted to the IGS data archives.  The data
 orginally submitted had an incorrect receiver type in the RINEX header.  Please note that the correct receiver type should be a Trimble NETR8.
