[IGSSTATION-4434] CRO1 original dome replacement schedule

Please be advised that the original, uncalibrated dome at CRO1 is scheduled
to be re-installed for a few months period, beginning Friday, June 24 (approximately
one week from today).

When we receive notice from the station with a specific time-of-day regarding the
change, a follow up message will be sent out, and an updated IGS sitelog submitted.

If the dome can not be replaced on that date, or other related issues cause a change 
in plan, these mailing lists will be notified.
