[IGSSTATION-4409] SCH2: resubmission doy 126-149

Daily rinex files were resubmitted for station SCH2 for the period
11may06 -> 11may29.  A rinexing problem had created some short gaps in
our daily rinex files during this period.  All daily files were
recreated and resubmitted.

Other station operators who are running new generation Topcon receivers
and using teqc to create the rinex files should check the following teqc
mailing list entry which describes our problem and a fix:
