[IGSSTATION-4395] PIMO: missing data published

Dear Colleagues,

The network outage at the Quezon City, Philippines (PIMO) IGS station has been 
repaired.  All data since the start of the outage on April 15th (2011.105) have 
been published to the data centers.

We apologize for the inconvenience of this outage.

Maintenance and operations of the PIMO station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and Ateneo de Manila University - Manila Observatory 
with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science 
Mission Directorate.
