[IGSSTATION-4379] CRO1 Tracking Problems

Dear Colleagues,

We are experiencing tracking problems at the CRO1 (St. Croix VLBA) 
station and are investigating the cause.  Please be advised of this 
degradation and subsequent data gaps.  We will send out another notice 
once the problem has been rectified.

We apologize for any inconvenience this degradation and outage may have 
caused.

Maintenance and operations of the CRO1 station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the National Radio Astronomy Observatory 
(NRAO) St. Croix VLBA Station, with funding provided by NASA's Earth 
Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
