[IGSSTATION-4377] SCH2 dataflow resume

Dear colleagues,

On May 05 (DOY125) a new communication provider was installed at sch2. 
A new receiver, TPS NET-G3A, was installed at about 20:00:00 UT DOY 125.
We also replaced the short antenna cable from the antenna to the junction box which was causing the data flow intermittence.
 
Please note that data from DOY 125(r,s,t) or 17 to 19 hours  are corrupted and should not be used.
