[IGSSTATION-4341] CHIL: recent data outage

Dear Colleagues,

The Chilao (CHIL) station recently had a data outage starting March 25th at 
08:07 UTC and lasted until yesterday April 12th at 20:20 UTC.  Data for March 
12th (2011.071) has been re-published since the original file was incomplete.

We apologize for the inconvenience of this outage.

Maintenance and operation of this site is performed by the USGS.
