[IGSSTATION-4337] COYQ receiver and firmware change

Dear Colleagues,

The receiver at station COYQ in Coyhaique, Chile
has malfunctioned so it was changed from TRIMBLE NETRS
with serial number 4427235645 and firmware 1.1-1 to
TRIMBLE NETRS with serial number 4427235678 and
firmware 1.2-0 at 13:00 UTC on 2011-04-07 .

The data recorded since the change have now been sent to
SOPAC and an updated site log will be sent to IGS.
