[IGSSTATION-4335] CHTI equipment change UT 05 April 2011

IGS station CHTI (Chatham Island North) was upgraded to a Trimble NetR9 
GNS+GLONASS receiver at 01:24 UT on 5th April 2011.  The Zephyr Geodetic 
II antenna remains unchanged.  An updated site log has been sent to the 
IGS. 

We have occupied a temporary site close to CHTI before and after this 
exchange to help calibrate any offset in the time series.  We will send a 
further update to this list when this data is available.
