[IGSSTATION-4274] AUCK equipment change UT 28 Feb 2011

IGS station AUCK (Whangaparaoa Navy Base, Auckland, NZ) was upgraded to a 
Trimble NetR9 GNS+GLONASS receiver and Zephyr Geodetic II antenna at 23:59 
UT on 28 Feb 2011.  An updated site log has been sent to the IGS. 

We are occupying a temporary site very close to AUCK before and after this 
exchange to help calibrate any offset in the time series.  We will send a 
further update to this list when this data is available in a few days 
time.
