[IGSSTATION-4270] SASK data flow resumed

Dear Colleagues,

The data collection problem at the NRCan station SASK has been repaired.

Unfortunately no data was collected between Feb 12, 17:30 and Feb 27,
18:15.

We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.
