[IGSSTATION-4242] JPLM: data gap

Dear Colleagues,

We recently had an unrecoverable data outage at the Pasadena, CA (JPLM) IGS 
station.  The data outage started on Feb 4th at 00:00 UTC (2011.035) and lasted 
until Feb 8th at 16:29 UTC (2010.039).

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the QUIN station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL and UNAVCO with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and 
Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
