[IGSSTATION-4234] FFMJ Antenna change

My colleagues replaced the
TPSCR3_GGD antenna, serial number 217-0111 and the CONE radome with a
LEIAR25.R4 antenna, serial number 10231013 and a LEIT radome
in the FFMF GPS+GLONASS Permanent Tracking Station in Frankfurt/Main (Germany)
at 2011-02-08T10:30Z.

The LEIAR25.R4 antenna and the LEIT radome are calibrated by Geo++ GmbH Garbsen 2010-09-07.
