[IGSSTATION-4230] KERG station status : change of frequency reference

Subject: KERG station status
Due certainly of external frequency reference loss, KERG Data are
disturbed from 13 January 2011 (DOY 013/2011) to 15 January 2011 (DOY
015/2011) and also 26 January 2011 (DOY 026/2011) to 27 January 2011
(DOY 027/2011). Please note that the frequency reference for KERG
changed on 24th January 2006 (DOY 024/2011) at 11:26 from external
reference to internal reference with steering enabled.
