[IGSSTATION-4226] WTZZ Replacement of the antenna and the radom, new antenna height

Ladies and Gentlemen

My colleague Uwe Hessels replaced the
TPSCR3_GGD antenna, serial number 217-0112
and the CONE radome with a
LEIAR25.R3 antenna, serial number 10240011
and a LEIT radome in the WTZZ GPS+GLONASS
Permanent Tracking Station in the Geodetical
Observatory Wettzell, 2011-02-04T10:01Z.

The LEIAR25.R3 antenna and the LEIT radome
are calibrated by Geo++ GmbH Garbsen 2010-08-11
and by the University Bonn, 2010-12-03.

The new antenna height (Marker->ARP Up Ecc)
is 0.0450 m.
