Subject: SOFI station - tracking problem

Dear Colleagues,

the percentage of GPS observations gathered at SOFI has decreased 
significantly,
starting around 07.01. until about 12.01.2011.
We informed our on site contact person about this.
For us it looked as if the problem then disappeared around 13.01.2011.
The cause of this problem is not known.
Maybe a jammer was again active for a short period.
