[IGSSTATION-4152] GANP: receiver firmware upgrade

Subject: GANP receiver firmware upgrade

Dear colleagues,

Receiver firmware on EPN and IGS station GANP (Ganovce) was upgraded to the new version 4.19/4.18 on the 2nd of December 2010. The new site log was uploaded to EPNCB and IGSCB today. All GANP station data (hourly and daily RINEX files) from 2.12.2010 till now were also resubmitted with correct RINEX header to all data centers belonging to GANP delivering zone (BKGI, OLG, GOP, CDDIS), so there is no inconsistencies between sitelog and RINEX headers now.
