Further to IGSMAIL-4128, in which I reported tracking problems, we 
have replaced the Ashtech Micro-Z receiver with another of the same 
type. Details are:

The new receiver appears to be tracking normally but we will keep 
monitoring it for the next few weeks to ensure normal operation. An 
updated site log has been submitted to the Central Bureau.
