[IGSSTATION-4136] GUAM: data collection resuming

Dear Colleagues,

The Dededo, Guam (GUAM) station is now collecting data again.  Unfortunately no 
data was collected from November 17 (2010.321) until November 30 at 06:00 UTC 
(2010.334).  There was an additional 6 hour outage earlier today December 1st. 
More outages may occur until we are able to get a replacement UPS shipped and 
installed.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the GUAM station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Guam Seismic Observatory with funding provided 
by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
