[IGSSTATION-4131] CRAO: recent data outage

Dear Colleagues,

We recently had a data outage at the Simeiz, Ukraine (CRAO) station.  The data 
outage started on November 19th around 01:00 UTC (2010.323) and lasted until 
November 23rd at 13:16 UTC (2010.327).

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operation of the CRAO station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory with funding 
provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission 
Directorate.
