[IGSSTATION-4120] SUTH: data publication resuming

Dear Colleagues,

Data collection and publication resumed on November 16th at the Sutherland, 
South Africa (SUTH) station.  Unfortunately, no daily rinex files will be 
published for October 20th (2010.293) through November 15th (2010.319).  The one 
exception is November 9th (2010.313) where a partially complete daily rinex file 
was published.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the SUTH station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and HartRAO, with funding provided by  NASA's Earth 
Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
