[IGSSTATION-4104] ABPO: recent data outage

Dear Colleagues,

The Ambohimpanompo, Madagascar (ABPO) station recently had a data outage.  The 
data outage started on November 2nd around 09:00 UTC (2010.306) and lasted until 
November 3rd at 17:23 UTC (2010.307).

We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the ABPO station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Institute Observatory of Geophysics of 
Antananarivo (IOGA), University of Antananarivo, with funding provided by NASA's 
Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
