[IGSSTATION-4100] ISTA Data files available again

Ladies and Gentlemen

Since DOY 305 07:00 UT the data files
from the ISTA GPS Permanent Tracking Station
Istanbul, Turkey are available again.

We also put a daily data file for DOY 295
(containing data from 00 UT until 06 UT)
into the queue for the next transmission
to the IGS Data Center in the BKG Frankfurt.

Because of the refurbishment work in the
Faculty of Civil Engineering the ISTA data files
are not available from DOY 295 06 UT until
DOY 305 07 UT.
