[IGSSTATION-4084] STJO - BAD data and resubmission

Advisory:  Please be advised that NRCan station STJO had data from a test stream mixed in the rinex files from 10oct20 at 15:30ut to 10oct20 at 21:15ut.  Any hourly files retrieved for this period should be discarded and new hourly files with a time tag later than 22ut should be used.

All affected hourly files were resubmitted to the global data centres and the daily file for 10oct20 should be unaffected.
