[IGSSTATION-4078] DHLG: receiver and antenna swap

Dear Colleagues,

The Durmid Hill, CA (DHLG) station recently had the GPS antenna and receiver 
damaged by a lightning event.  As a result, both the antenna and receiver were 
swapped on October 10th.  No data was collected from October 4 until October 
10th.  An updated site log has been submitted to the IGSCB.  The updated 
receiver and antenna information are included below.

I apologize for the late notice on this equipment change, but I was not notified 
of this change either until recently.
