ADVISORY:

A planned outage is scheduled to occur at SYDN on DoY 278 T00:00Z for
approximately 2 hours, and again on DoY 284 T00:00Z for another 2 hours. 

The outage is to allow for delay measurements to be made on the receiver's
10MHz and 1pps signals as part of a BIPM calibration campaign. SYDN is a
collocated site with the NMI Timing facility.
