[IGSSTATION-4031] GODE: recent data outage

Dear Colleagues,

The IGS station at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD (GODE) 
recently had a data outage.  The data outage started September 24 at 13:00 UTC 
and lasted until today September 28th at 15:16 UTC.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the GODE station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center with funding 
provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission 
Directorate.
