[IGSSTATION-4026] IGN France - NtripCaster problem

Dear Colleagues,

We encounter some network problems at the moment, thus access to IGN France 
Ntripcaster is impossible.
The following streams are currently unvailable : AJAC0, BRST0, GRAS0, MARS0, TLSE0.
We try to fix this problem as soon as we can.
