[IGSSTATION-4000] OHI3 Resubmission of the daily data files DOY 254 and 255

Ladies and Gentlemen

The daily data file DOY 254 from the
GPS+GLONASS Permanent Tracking Station OHI3,
O'Higgins, Antarctica had data gaps.

We put the corrected daily data file DOY 254
and the missing daily data file DOY 255 into
the queue for the next transmission to the
IGS Data Center in the BKG Frankfurt.
