[IGSSTATION-3992] JPL GNSS data access/FTP server will be offline ~9/10-9/12

Please be advised: the FTP server which is normally publicly available for
RINEX file access, and as a drop-off area for some, will be unavailable from
tomorrow evening until Monday morning, Pacific Time.

JPL Facilities Maintenance is requiring a complete power shutdown in the
area where this system is hosted. Most data will continue to be forwarded
to IGS Global Data Centers via a separate backup facility.

A follow-up message will be sent when we return the FTP capability to service.
