[IGSSTATION-3952] NURK: data upload stopped

Dear Colleagues,

due to data conversion problems (teqc-issue) I've stopped data delivery 
to CDDIS. The files that were already uploaded contain only a few of the 
satellites that were tracked.

As soon as this problem is solved I will start data upload again.
