[IGSSTATION-3944] NURK: GNSS receiver replaced

Dear Colleagues,

we replaced the Topcon NET-G3 at our NURK station by a JAVAD TRE_G3TH 
DELTA. This unit is capable to track GPS+GLONASS+GALILEO.

At the same time we replaced the Topcon antenna by a JAV_RINGANT_G3T.

An updated log has being submitted.

Data delivery will commence tomorrow.
