[IGSSTATION-3940] AIRA CCJM CCJ2 MCIL STK2 and TSK2: Daily data from DOY_209 to DOY_220 resubmitted

I am very sorry for our pretty late announcement.
The IGS site AIRA, CCJM, CCJ2, MCIL, STK2 and TSK2 hasn't
submitted daily data since DOY_209 because of an accident of
server maintenance.

Afterwards, maintenance according to the server switch ended. 
As for us, the system that data was able to be offered as
usual for DOY_221 was in order. 

And we have submited AIRA, CCJM, CCJ2, MCIL, STK2 and TSK2
daily data from DOY_209 to DOY_220 to data centre CDDIS,
AIGN, UIGN and KASI.
