[IGSSTATION-3926] ZIM2 firmware version changed (4.04 -> 4.14)

Dear colleagues,

Today, August 05, 2010 at 06:30 UT, we changed the firmware version of the TRIMBLE NETR5 from 4.03 to 4.14. An updated logfile was submitted to the central bureau.

P.s. The most recent firmware version 4.15 was not installed because of an error when streaming data in realtime using RTCM.
