[IGSSTATION-3861] BAIE computer problems

Dear Colleagues,

Data flow from BAIE stopped on July 05 at about 13:14:00 UT (DOY 186 hour n). The computer failed in the boot up process.
We are currently working with our local contact to solve the problem.

And advisory will be sent once data flow resume.
