[IGSSTATION-3854] WTZS New LEIAR25.R3 antenna and LEIT radome installed

Ladies and Gentlemen

My colleague Uwe Hessels replaced the
LEIAR25 antenna, serial number 08430021
(without radome)
with a new
LEIAR25.R3 antenna, serial number 10020020
and LEIT radome
in the WTZS GPS+GLONASS Permanent Tracking Station
here in the Geodetical Observatory Wettzell, Germany,
2010-06-30T13:30Z.

The new LEIAR25.R3 antenna and the LEIT radome are
calibrated by Geo++, 2010-04-28.
