[IGSSTATION-3832] SHE2 receiver damaged

Sometime on 2010-06-20 the Ashtech Micro-Z receiver at SHE2 was 
damaged by a nearby lightning strike. We are investigating further 
for possible antenna damage. We expect to have the site back on-line 
in the next couple of days with a replacement Micro-Z and possibly 
another choke ring antenna. An updated site log will be send to the 
IGS when the new equipment is installed.
