Dear all ,

I take this list as an opportunity to please ask the owners/operators 
of these IGS stations to set their receivers to track all-in-view 
satellites, if possible, so that we have as much tracking data as 
possible of the GPS satellites when they are set to unhealthy.

This issue is always relevant as the IGS tries to provide products 
covering the entire GNSS constellations, not just the healthy ones, 
which is why it is an important IGS station guideline.  The issue is 
even more important now with the imminent launch of PRN25, the first 
Block IIF satellite, so that the IGS can properly and quickly 
estimate the satellite's antenna offsets of this new batch of 
satellites. Thanks.

receiver type so that others may benefit from the collective wisdom 
of the list!
