Dear Colleagues,
  After several attempts WES2 measurement engine 3.019 has been 
successfully changed. Unfortunately there has been a permanent data loss 
between 2010-118 and now. The elevation cutoff angle has also been 
changed from 5 to 0 degrees.
  A new site log has been submitted to the IGSCB.
