[IGSSTATION-3599]: 2010 045 Erroneous data uploaded to IGS distribution centers

Dear Colleagues,

On Day 2010 045 during (NGA) program testing
station rinex observation files from NGA GPS
stations with antenna/radomes uncalibrated to IGS
Standards were inadvertently uploaded to
4 distribution centers.

NGA GPS monitor stations currently awaiting antenna/radome
calibration to IGS standards are:

BHR1 BHR2
OSN1 OSN2
QUI1 QUI2
WEL1 WEL2

Data from these stations are not being provided to IGS data centers
until antenna/radome calibrations are complete.  New station identifiers
And DOMES numbers will be requested at that time.


These datafiles are invalid and should be deleted

 osn10450.10d.Z    osn20450.10d.Z
 qui10450.10d.Z    qui20450.10d.Z
 wel10450.10d.Z    wel20450.10d.Z

The rest of the NGA files for 040/2010 are okay.
