Location:  Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories, Canada

Communications into and out of the hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk have been 
down since 2010-01-28. Northwestel is flying in technicians to repair 
the problem. I will advise when communications are back on-line and 
data submissions resume. We do not expect any data loss.
