Dear Colleagues,

There has been a receiver failure at the Long Beach, CA (LBCH) IGS station.  We 
apologize for the inconvenience of this outage.  When the site has been 
repaired, we will send out another message.

Maintenance and operation of this site is performed by the USGS.
