Dear Colleagues,

Data publication has resumed at the Richardsbay, South Africa (RBAY) station. 
Data for April 7th (2009.097) - April 27th (2009.117) and Aug 10 (2009.222) - 
Dec 15th (2009.349) has been published at CDDIS.  No data was collected for 
April 5-6th and April 28 - August 9th.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the RBAY station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and HartRAO, with funding provided by NASA's Earth 
Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
