[IGSSTATION-3454]: ADIS back in operation

Dear colleagues,

after the replacement hardware went through some odyssey at DHL
it luckily could find its way to the right place. After fixing problems
with the power supply the IGS station ADIS is now back in operation.
Please note that the site log has changed to account for the correct
receiver serial number (there is no change in antenna and receiver
configuration).
