ADVISORY:

The Local Tie Survey has now been completed at the Parkes Observatory, and
normal operations will resume shortly. The firmware for the Javad receiver has been upgrade to version 2.7.0 to aid the tracking of GLONASS satellites on negative frequencies. An updated site log
has been submitted to IGSCB with the following change:
