[IGSSTATION-3183]: KOSG temporarily down

This morning July 9, 2009, KOSG stopped providing GNSS measurements. On
site
inspection revealed that the solar panels providing power to the station
have
been stolen. We will try to restore power to the receiver as soon as
possible,
but a downtime of a couple of days may be possible.
